Yes, I was definitely uncomfortable

No, it didn't feel like they cleaned them

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
