WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with a dentist! DO NOT go to it even if everyone else is close. they will do nothing for you, charge you an arm and a leg.

I trust this dentist not to hurt me and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The chairs are a very soft leather and the lighting panels have scenes of clouds for a relaxing and calming atmosphere.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Their prices are a bit high, and certainly not worth the customer service.
