I would not recommend this dental office to any new patient unles Dr Luther does something about his unprofessional up front staff! She is so rude. She completely ignores me when I walk into the office or, is on a personal phone call, yelling at her Husband or talking to another girl up front ---

If it wasn't for me being a long time patient and loving Dr Luther, I would look for another dentist - yes, she is that rude! Don't even try to talk to her if you have a question on your bill she will make you feel like an idiot for not understanding it

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time.
