I had an emergency and my dentist could not get me in so I called Shoal Creek Dental. They were great, got me in quickly, explained everything, and treated me very well. They made a bad situation so much better. The staff was friendly, and the doctors were very kind. I am definitely switching!

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Dr. Gaik and assistant made fun of me while I was under the influence of nitrous. Come to find out now they had used way too high a percentage for me ... But would never take the time to find that out because they only seemed to care about the number of patients, not me. Awful experiences.

Great office! Beautiful and up to date inside. All the staff were friendly and answered my questions, explained things so that I could understand them. The dentists were comforting and really go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant experience for you. I never thought I would say that I enjoy going to the dentist, but at Shoal Creek Dental Care I do!
