I was not impressed by the staff. I was wearing my work clothes and they treated me like I was lower class than them. The dentist that did my work ripped the roof of my mouth when he pulled my tooth. He does not impress me. He is not Travis or Nolen. I'm sure Travis & Nolen must both be good or my dentist wouldn't have referred me there.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered; my son had all four of his wisdom teeth removed and "Scott" as the doctor introduced himself was wonderful. He patiently explained the procedure. Allowed my son to ask all and any questions. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. My son has Asperger's and we had visited three other oral surgeons before Dr. Nolen. My son felt the previous doctors were disrespectful and didn't hear his concerns. This was not an issue with Travis & Nolen.
