They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
