If youre thinking about trying Dr. Parrott, Aspen Dental Columbia, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. I went for a bad tooth initially. Before the consultation I was upsold to full mouth extraction for premium dental implants. So, October ALL of my teeth were extracted. January holes were drilled in my gums and implants placed. Scheduled for final step of the permanent dentures April 28. April 25 Aspen had cyber security attack and all my records and xrays lost. My insurance had already paid and I paid over $11,000 out of pocket - upfront fees. The Office Manager said nothing they can do until records are recovered. Now, two months later his office dismissed me as a patient for complaining about the negligence. They won't refund my money, the dentist refuses to see me and I have no teeth. I went to another dentist to see if they could fix the mess of my mouth that Dr Parrott created - and they can - for $38,000 because they have to remove the Aspen proprietary implants and start over - another 6 month process. This has been a traumatic experience and now I have to hire a lawyer and report him to Missouri Dental Board - I hope Dr. Brett Parrott loses his license over this. It is disgusting that he is allowed to practice in any state. If you're considering Dr. Parrott for any Dental procedure - turn and run the hell away as fast as you can.
