Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I was overcharged, told I was given my discount when I was not, had to fight to get my refund, they tried to refund me less than I was owed (had to break the math down to them), When I asked questions about the procedures and costs the lady was extreemly rude, called to get the codes for the procedures done and the lady asked "are you sure you want them?" and then hung up on me, they also didn't mail me all the statements I requested, they tried putting me on hold several times, the one statement I did receive was altered to try and make it look like I was given my refund. Do yourself a favor and go else where. They performed procedures that I was not told they were going to do and I was not notified how much they were.I feel I should have been asked if I wanted the procedures that were considered misc. before they were performed. They are rude and quick to overcharge or perform procedures that aren't necassary and bill you for them. Save yourself some money and headache.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. There was a lot of conflict with the office manager regarding my insurance and discrepancies between what she charged me and what my insurance said I could be charged for. After a lot of back and forth, I submitted a grievance to my insurance so they could step in and put things in order. The office's response was to drop my insurance. They recently moved to their current location so perhaps their focus is funding.
