messed up billing system and my husband lost three of his teeth because of file left behind during root canal and later got infection and teeth one after another had to be pooled out. Another thing i didnt like is that dentist change very often and good ones never stay for long. its more like a practice clinic where new dentists go thru practice and then move on. the other staff changes often too. i known this place for many years and realized that its time to move on to some place where you can get same dentist same staff that knows you and stays around and keeps up on doing good job knowing that its their reputation that will keep people coming back and staying with them.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

The staff in Spring Park were very approachable and answered every question I had. I got financial estimates and options for treatment so no surprise bills will pop up later. The hygienist was so gentle there, it was the most thorough painless cleaning I've ever had. They made me feel good about going back to the dentist and getting back on track with my teeth instead of making me feel guilty about waiting so long to go in. (It had been about 5 years) Dr. Oz is amazing and does great work. Best dentist I have been to yet. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
