I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
The man showed up Late to my daughters surgery to get tubes put in her ears. The following day she had massive drainage from the ears and was taken to the ER. The tried to contact Chomchai who never answered his phone nor called back. we ended up leaving the ER with a script for ear drops. We then again had to take her back as the drainage continued again no answer from Chomchai. We had to take her to the ENT @ the midland hospital to make sure she was going to be okay. we will be switching doctors after her latest check up he is now saying that we need to get her atnoids taken out.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of a good Dr. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm seen at or within 15 min of my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. It was nice to arrive and see fully qualified staff members. This place had nice staff though, and I'll be going back.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
