They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
