STAY AWAY!!!

I know this probably goes without saying but ensure that this place is in-network for you care by calling your insurance provider. I was referred to this company by my dentist and after my consultation I asked the person at the desk multiple times if they were in-network for my dental insurance coverage. They assured me every time that they were and pushed for me to schedule my surgery. So I scheduled my surgery out about 4 weeks and asked that they call me when my dental insurance company had provided them with an estimate for surgery. The people working in the insurance department never called, I had to ask to be transferred to them when the office called to confirm my appointment the day before. When I asked about the estimate they said that they were able to do it online and provided me with the total cost to me. They never told me again that they were out of network. I then asked if they sent out the information to my medical coverage, which they told me they would at my initial consultation, and they informed me that my insurance provider does not provide estimates. This was another lie. After calling my dental insurance company I called my medical insurance company and they told that they provide estimates all the time for situations like this and that they just needed specific information about the procedure.

This place is as shady as it gets when it comes trying get as much money out of you or the insurance company as possible and are clearly willing to lie to the patients to do so.

I read these reviews before my tooth extraction with Dr. Rahimi and I had to come back to assure readers that I had a phenomenal experience. The surgeon and staff were amazing. Dr Rahimi was so kind and gentle and he even called me at 7pm on a Friday, the evening of my appointment, to follow up. I hope you have as exceptional of an experience as I did.

Their equipment was decent, nothing really impressive though. It would be nice if they updated it. I would never tell anyone I know to go here. I wish I had been warned before my appointment. I don't think the office knows anything about insurance billing! I'm afraid that I'll have to fight the bill. When I told them about my situation, they were argumentative and could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They were not very friendly and were not knowledgeable when it came to dual insurance billing. Be aware - even if having active conversations with the office they will place you in collection and charge an additional 30% placement fee that they do NOT inform the patients of. Poor way to do business.

They are very arrogant. They operate as if they have a captive audience. They have friendlier people at the DMV. Certainly not all, but some of the key people. When the office manager got busted for lying to a patient and about insurance billing, she blamed it on the patient.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. That's just bad business. Prior to taking appointment I asked them the fee for consultation. Even doctor only saw the x-ray from other dentist and within 5 mins he told me to go for 3D scan somewhere else. I told them I don't have dental insurance but do have general helath insurance. Even I was ready to pay by cash. They told me that they will try to get the claim from my health insurance and in case insurance company denies then they will send bill to me. And it happened, insurance company denied and then they sent me bill with higher amount than the initial quote. When I called them they said - since they gave the reference they charged almost double amount than the quotation. They should have told me that time itself. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation.
