Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. If I need surgery at some point in the future, I will absolutely be going back to visit them again. They did a fantastic job.
