Excellent physician. Easy to schedule apts and is always available. Absolutely awesome office. Dr. E is a true gift from God who has dedicated his life to caring for children.

Dr. Ensfield took us in on a holiday weekend and we were even from out of town. He was very pleasant and VERY thorough in explaining the medications and little tips on how to successfully administer them. It was quite a surprise as the pediatricians where we live a very rushed. Thanks Dr. Ensfield and NP M. Timmer!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Absolutely rude lady working in the office. She gave my girlfriend and I such a difficult time, we figure it was because we were not married. She repeatably asked us for our daughters "real last name", when we would give her hyphenated name. This happened more than once.

On another occasion the office called to reschedule our appointment, which was not issue. Then this particular lady called and told us "I'm sorry, this wont work for us", in a rather snotty way. When we told her there was no issue, she went off on my girlfriend asking her if there was something "frustrating her", because her attitude was unacceptable, and that she recommended that we find another pediatrician! What kind of business is this!?

To heck with them, we will take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend bringing your child to this location.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
