Dr. Degraw is an excellent care provider. He will go out of his way to provide top notch care and makes children at ease during stressful visits. I really appreciate the extra effort. His office provides my Daughter with top-of-the-line treatment.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
