I want to thank everyone at Avon Dental for the wonderful care they give me. I appreciate that they are so efficient, very friendly and give there 100% care when I have a problem or just coming in for a cleaning. I am not the easiest dental patient so I appreciate the gentleness and kindness they give me. I had to travel a few times to the office because of problems with a crown and they gave me a gift card for gas. I really thought that was over and above service. The office staff are really wonderful and friendly, too. Thanks for everything you do for me.

Lets just say my experience has not been the same as everyone else's on this review page. Wait a minute, if you look at the fifth review on this page, the one written by ZEB it shows that I was rather happy with my visit in 2011. Funny thing is I did not write that, at least not all of it anyways. I wrote this part "This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find." I wrote that because I do not believe they had a website in 2011. So someone filled in the rest of the important parts to make the dental clinic sound like the best place ever. Here's my issue in short, I told Avon dental clinic to make sure they dont do any work until they verify the insurance would cover it. Well I just got a bill in the mail for $219.00 for a cleaning that was not covered by my insurance due to our yearly coverage being maxed out. The lady at the clinic says well thats not our responsibility it is your fault. Well thank you Avon Dental for the $219.00 bill. Lady at the desk said to me well maybe we are just not the clinic for you, right before she told me that we would have to cover 100% of any work done upfront and then they would reimburse us after my insurance company paid them. NICE NICE NICE. This is one of the very few reviews I have ever written and I am writing it to make sure you dont get the wool pulled over your eyes like I did. STEER CLEAR

This was my first visit here and I was a bit nervous as I did not know what to expect. They were so kind and attentive to me. They made me feel at ease right away. They were very thorough in my exam and I was so pleased with all of the things that they did. Very modern compared to the place I used to go to.. The clinic was very easy to find and I just made an appointment for my husband to switch to this clinic also!! Thanks!!

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
