This provider was my first experience with an oral surgeon. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Other medical and dental providers I've seen or taken my children to seemed impatient with answering all of the questions I had regarding the specific treatment/condition/expected outcome, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes after arriving for our appointment I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are absolutely amazing. I think it would be very difficult to find a provider group that is more concerned with their patient's welfare. From scheduling a same day surgery to remove my husband's broken tooth to calling on a holiday just to make sure she was doing okay and not suffering a lot pain the day after her surgery.
