I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
