the doctors are awesome,but the nurses need to get their stuff together,they won't let me make an appointment they say they sent me a letter but they had the wrong address,never tried to call me,and they say I refused shots,which never happened and now they won't let me talk to the doctor,if you look at the charts,my kids got their shots! I would recommend the doctor but not his employees

I always have the best experience every time my son had an appointment here. Although we have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my son's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was in awe at the level of service he received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back as this is my son's pediatrician and we love him!!

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
