Office lobby is ALWAYS dirty.

Turn-over of staff is ongoing.

Equipment is old.

Spit bowl in room #1 or #2 doesn't drain, and has a odor.

Dr. Kim is good. However; he is rude.

And he doesn't give "freebies" like toothbrushes and/or toothpaste samples.


Receptionist is rude...this latest one.

He knows his work and does it very well and make time for his patients. His office needs to be up dated in rooms Otherwise been seeing him for many years.

Dr. Kim is very professional and personal with just the right balance. His staff is very professional and kind. I trust him since he has been doing this for years and he also offers a lot of options to for financing.

I absolutely love Dr,Kim hes the best and Katie the dental assistant is amazing as well she is so nice and takes very good care of the patients. Love love love this dentist. been going to him for 5 years now. no problems at all,

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
