BUYER BEWARE!! I should have run after the first six months of being treated like a 3rd class citizen. My daughter was never given any of the services promised in the initial consultation and received subpar service only after complaining. Both Jody and Vickie were very rude, and I was told, "that I wasn't an orthodontist, didn't know the language and should have just put them on myself!" After paying thousands of dollars for spacers, an expander (that never fit) and four brackets, they told me that was all I was told I was getting for my $4000. I have never felt so disrespected and scammed by a professional service and all of my life. Very disappointing. This is how African Americans are treated, I guess Metropolitain Dental didn't think my daugther deserved a full mouth of braces.

They need new workers or these workers need some serious customer service training. I received the rudest customer service today and my parents have been coming here for 10 yrs as cash paying patients. My dad needed 3 teeth pulled and I spoke to someone there and asked them to develop a plan to extract and replace my dad's teeth. After the procedure, I asked the heavy set girl with long blonde hair if she could reverse my dad's cash payment and use my debit card instead, she rolled her eyes at me, reversed the transaction and threw the money on the counter. I called her out on her rudeness and she was embarrassed but that was uncalled for. Afterwards, i asked what the plan was and no one knew what to do next. No x-ray was done, they didn't even know what he was going to need, so I don't know what they are doing there but a mouth x-ray should have been done first. Now they want to set up another appointment to do the mouth x-ray and find out how to replace the extracted teeth but because of the cashier's rudeness and their unprofessionalism, my parents will be going somewhere else and not spend another penny here.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Sometimes, but not all the time

Technician who cleaned my teeth there was the best. SHE has been doing it for 20 years or more. Then , the Dentist - Male, strong, drilled my tooth for filling , and caused problems , tooth cracked a week later , I went back and they said I'd need a cap to fix it.... I was dissappointed and never went back .
