They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Droulliard did my shoulder replacement. He was very thoughtful, sent me flowers. He made absolutely sure that I did not have any pain after the surgery and now I am using my arm completely as opposed to before surgery. Thank you Doctor.

Besides the fact that he is a "paid cut-off" doctor working for the insurance industry, this guy is a buffon, and a liar. He will say anything to prevent or gum up an insurance claim. Can you say quack-quack?

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
