When I arrived, the office was busy, and I was not acknowledged right away, but after things slowed down, the staff was very helpful. I waited 11 minutes past my appointment time to go into the examining room. The hygienist, Nicole, was very thorough, friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. The dentist, Dr. Wright, was friendly and thorough as well. I was very pleased. He is is more aggressive at treating cavities early, when they are small and the office seems to be progressive when it comes to oral care.

The business office staff were great. I was not sure about my insurance and they took the time to explain what is covered and why. I really appreciated it.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
