I had several questions, but they didn't all get answered. He didn't even say hello or intruduce himself to me, just came into the room and started drilling. Thought his staff were nice and professional, but he is not the dentist for me!! His office is old and dumpy and covered floor to ceiling in kids toys some of which are still in the box. Looks like a creepy "Pedo" palace. Weird!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, I don't think so

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
