They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Yapa and her staff continue to provide excellent service and although not marketed as pain-free dentistry, Dr. Bonita Yapa is definitely all that too! She has a wonderful staff too. Attentive, patient and great attention to detail. One visit and you'll be hooked too! 13 years and counting.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
