The doctor found out I was a high risk patient and unfortunately was on medicaid at the time. He asked if it was my first pregnancy and as I replied yes, he said "OK, we are done here, medicaid won't pay enough for the amount of appointments you would need as a high risk patient." I was absolutely dumbfounded. I had never been treated so rudely by a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. Mind you I was undressed and awaiting an ultrasound. Talk about rude!! Doctors take an oath to take care of their patients, I do no recommend him at all. If you want someone nice, he is NOT IT!

Horrible experience with this Doctor and Staff. I was a client for several years and I always felt an attitude with his staff. I transferred from the Troy office to the Sterling Height office and I received a separate call from his staff stating that I cannot just switch offices and that I need to pick one. I told them that next time I move I will make sure to consult them first. When I got pregnant I was required to go to both offices?? That made no sense to me at all. After having several conversations with the staff and doctor about my husband making appointments I discovered that they had not been upfront with me about many things and that was the last straw for me. Dr. Adelman is good but he is not upfront and forthcoming with information. This is my first pregnancy and I feel that they expect me to know everything. His staff is the main reason for my departure.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Yes

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
