He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I recently had the davinci hysterectomy surgery with Dr. Singh. I am a 57 year old female who has had fibroids for years, but I was too afraid to have the surgery. During my consultation with Dr. Singh he answered all of my questions, was very honest and helped me understand how this type of surgery would help me and left the decision up to me. Now, a few days later I feel great. I would highly recommend Dr. Singh and this type of surgery for any woman having issues that might require a hysterectomy.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
