Yesterday, we seemed to have a clear understanding, as well as an cleary identified treatment plan.

While driving to work today, your Secretary called be to update me of additional fees that would be required. I asked that she email me, as I was driving and would not remember what she said.

By the time I got to work, I recieved email from your office refering me to another Dentist because you believed my you "did not have the capability to treatment someone with my 'levle of anxiety". Ironically we discussed this at initiation of visit. I told you what worked for me, and you stated that was exactly what you used. It is even outlined in your brochure. You even wrote pre procedure prescription.

I called you at your office to clarify, and was informed that you had put together and sent this response Its unfortunate, because I believed I could trust you as well as your opinion.

I have been a Registered Nurse for 23 years, my sister a physician for 25 years. I know a dump when I see one. I also know I did nothing for you to treat me this way. Additionally, as a medical practitioner, was there any particular criteria you used to diagnose this "level of anxiety" you referred ?

Thank you for your time, as well as your referral, however, I am certain I will be successful in finding safe practitioner independently.

By the time you recieve this email, you will be aware that I have cancelled mondays appointments for my husband and daughter as well.

I do, however regret the time I, as well as my husband spent in your office. We, as with many of your clients are looking for a family dentist that can address the needs of our family. Ironically, it was a family member that referred us to you... Go figure.

Finally, if you are unable to treat patients with "my level of anxiety", you shouldnt have started treatment, and billed my insurance in the first place. Will be contatcting both of them as you billed both of them. If I truly had this high level of anxiety, does that mean you discriminate against patients with anxiety?

Trust that I will be following this up with my insurance companies, Better Buisness, Licensing Board as well.

Best regards, and, again thank you for your time
