I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness.

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
