Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I love Dr. Nita Kulkarni. She gave me an awesome and very comfortable experience while I was going through my pregnancy. She is very nice and really cares about her patients. The staff in her office are very welcoming people and everyone understands. I like to go places where every one knows my name and I recommend her to every woman I know.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Her staff is very unprofessional. They showed no urgency with their patients and very little concern with some issues that I was having. While they paid so much attention to new advancements, I would have preferred that they spent time with me, addressing my concerns. I felt that my concerns were belittled.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

If you want to go to a doctor who does the best thing for her patients, not what is easiest for her...a doctor who listens, is incredibly intelligent, puts all the puzzle pieces of your case together and starts her treatment as conservatively as possible, then Dr. Kulkarni is for you. She is just a phenomenal person. I can't give her high enough praise, and I am so thankful that she is my OB/GYN.
