hello, I went to the office today not too long ago. I had an apt today at 1:30PM today. I did talk to a lady on the phone about it. She told me that she put me in the computer for September 16. Then took forever to get back to me. About what you going to do to help me. Now I have to wait until Monday. I am very upsetting and i am not happy about this at all. Plus, everyone was still there. Even though they said they were closed. they could of take me but choses not too.so now I have to wait longer because you guys did a missed up something. All the cars were in the parking lot. And my dentist asks me am I at the right place. yeah, i am at the right place I know my dentist office.

I have known Steve since the 6th grade. Recently I had an emergency came up, my old dentist retired,and had to have open heart surgery-durng COVID19, and had a portable heart vest on. Steve accept me as a new patient Gustafson & Moringstar office met the CDC guidelines, Professionalism of his staff outstanding, dental hygienist, office assistant, and many support employees. Steve assisted me, that he had patients who has come with heart vest

Dr. Steve has always been easy to reach in an emergency, accommodating my family or me in his schedule whenever something has come up. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Drs. Steve and Shari are always up to date with new advances in dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Steve recently created porcelain veneers for me, improving my smile and making my bite more comfortable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. I often recommend this practice to my friends, and as a local journalist, have recommended them highly in print as well.
