They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. Dr. Bernal is an excellent doctor and surgeon. His staff is superior.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
