just wanted an estimate on a new upper plate......can give no info until after $110.00 consultation fee and x-rays.....called because of tv commercial but will never waste my time with someone who's already not above board but looking for the hidden dollar

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTURES IF YOU PLAN ON WEARING THEM WITHOUT CONSTANT PAIN AND DISCOMFORT!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I have had full Dentures on top and a partial on the bottom for 6 years. I never once had a problem with them. I could eat with out pain always. Not only do the dentures suck but after having them about a month and getting 2 adjustments in that time at the last appointment the dentist seemed annoyed with me, and was very rude to me raising his voice even and telling me there is nothing more he can do that the Dentures are always going to be uncomfortable. He offered to keep the dentures and refund medicaid and I could go start the several month long process some where else. Then when he left the room I could hear him talking about me to the other employees saying how I can just leave, they don't have to do anything more for me.... I am so upset that I am in the process of making a complaint with medicaid as well as the dental Association. They canceled one of my appointments ten minutes before I was suppose to be there, and I live 40 mins away so I was almost there. If your appointment is at 11 you won't go back until well after 12....and that's after complaining to them about your wait. When you do get back there they treat you like an annoyance and I felt very rushed!
The only good thing about this place was the bathroom was very clean and smelled good with all the air freshener stuff.

Definitely not. It was way too cold

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Not really, I was a little uneasy

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

I saw the commercial and thought that this would be the right place to get dentures for my brother who is on medicare. Call and got an appointment right away. My brother's dentures were ill fitting, he couldn't eat with them. He was told by the dentist that he has to get use to the ones he had, but x-rays were taken and I was told that it would be approx 12 weeks to get approved. That was in December 2010. I called 3 times and it was always the process is slow. It's now June 2011 and I guess the process is even slower. A One didn't even call me back. I called 1-800 Dentist and was connected to Oakland Family Dentistry in West Bloomfield. Excellent service. Medicare was approved in 4 weeks and a great pair of dentures were made and my brother is happy!
