The waiting room here is spaciousI was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I appreciate Dr. Wilhelm and his expertise. He is very concise and forthcoming with information.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
