Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I was a cash paying patient with no insurance, and decided to transfer to another office that had better pricing for me. When I requested a copy of the x-rays I paid for, they wanted to know where I was transferring to. When I told them the office, they said negative comments about the new dentist. I found this to be very unprofessional and would never go back to this office for my dental care needs. I have been very happy for the last 5 years at my new dentist, and to this day it still bothers me at how unprofessional this office staff was.
