Dr. Kimberly Hale is by far the worst employer I have ever had. I was hired as a Dental Assistant and required on the job training fore I have not had any experience in the dental field.
Dr. Hale is not polite nor is she patient enough to teach her employees. She leaves her patients and staff members waiting around for long periods of time before even coming into the room.
I was fired because it "didn't seem like I wanted to be there" when I had to call in for a doctor's appointment and testing for a [possible cancer diagnosis].
I would not recommend Dr. Kimberly Hale to anyone looking for a family dentist.

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Dr. Larry (who is mostly retired) is always friendly and cheerful, Dr. Kim is efficient and professional, but not usually as warm and friendly as her dad. Their staff is great and always helpful and friendly.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
