Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
