Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I've been seeing Dr. Fiechtner for about 10 years and he's always been very good at listening to what I have to say and responding. He keeps up to date on the latest in the field and his staff is second to none -- very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

If you are looking for a physician who is arrogant, condescening, and in-love with his own diagnosis, then this might be the internist/rheumatologist for you. This guy is extremely knowledgable about his field--he knows his stuff! He is also the best in the area, from what I've been told. However, don't question his diagnosis and don't ask him any questions about your treatment, and you'll have a GREAT patient/doctor relationship with him. And don't you dare do your own research and become an advocate for your own health care! After two visits and his refusal to run any blood work (and treating me based on bloodwork that was nearly 3 months old from my referring physician), I'm taking my business elsewhere.
