The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

There's been a few times where they've sent me a letter to postpone/reschedule but always WELL in advance and only on appointments that were made months prior. I've been seeing him for over 10 years now and have always felt confident in the care given. The office staff has always been very professional and polite.
