Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
