When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. This business is handicap-accessible, a thing I notice from talking with a patient in the lobby who uses a wheel chair. She said there is always help at the door and they let her sit in her chair to get her teeth cleaned.
