Dr. Jerry Clore has been my dentist for years. He has always been dependable and makes my discomfort with dentists minimal. I do find now that he has another office though that the service is not the same. I have a dental emergency and cannot reach him or his son. The office just says they are there and will return the call. Have left him a message on his cell and Dr. Jayson's cell, online over the weekend and many on the office phone.

If you're looking for professional excellence and personal care, then Dr. Jerry Clore is the guy for you. He has taken care of our family for over 15 years and came to our aid on a Saturday for a broken tooth. Not only does he do a fantastic job, but he refers to highly competent professionals when necessary. His assistants are very kind and personable as well.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Absolutely, it was fantastic!

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The office was easy enough to find. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They will not give you a bill or let you know how much they are charging you until they are done. Then they will send you a massive bill!

Dr. Clore is a wonderful dentist. He or his staff make sure every question I have is answered, and they are available for follow-up if there is a need. Dr. Clore's staff is friendly and welcoming. They are kind and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office is clean and welcoming and is very easy to locate. Most importantly, Dr. Clore really cares about his patients. Our family has been his patients for 2 decades and he has served our family in a great way.
