I entered this program in hopes it would helped the working poor, only to find out it does not. There is something wrong with this program I was giving help on a 50% scale. the Dentist they sent my case to want $2500.00 for a full extraction and there is no way I could afford such amount. I called back to Alisha Walker she gave me numbers to 4 others on the list so I could see what they would charge 2 charged the same and 2 on the list didnt even do extractions there is something wrong with this program , if there is help available its not to help the working poor. Im suffering in pain and thought this place would be helpful and was told that to bad for me and good bye I found Alisha behavior to be cold and useless . dont claim to be helping people when you're not.

I went here yesterday under emergency circumstances. Pain that would not subside or go away. I was checked and told I have absolutely nothing wrong and was sent away with no help or relief to my pain in my mouth. I went to another dentist this morning with even more unbearable pain and in my xray they found an abscess way up in my sinus cavity in the same area I was complaining about that Ferguson said I have nothing there. I'm on antibiotics and will be getting a root canal next week after the antibiotics start working. The male dentist himself was very nice and polite, but the receptionist that answers the phone was very rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by calling. Not impressed with the female staff at all. VERY RUDE.

I have major dental difficulties due to "bad genetics" in my teeth. A friend told me to go to Ferguson Dental Clinic. I went one early morning and they decided 2 teeth needed to be pulled - a molar and a canine tooth. The canine tooth fractured as they were pulling it, resulting in them having to remove bone from around the tooth. I now have an indentation in the gumline where the bone was removed. They also damaged a perfectly good tooth during the pulling. I had a dental resident (about to graduate) pull those teeth. When I returned 2 weeks later to have the damaged tooth repaired, it was done but now when I look at it in the mirror, it is bigger than it should be for that particular canine tooth, and it is sloped. They're good, but I guess if you're poor and that's all you can afford, they're alright. I'm concerned about the future because I have lost 6 major chewing teeth over the last 2 years and am having trouble eating. They didn't seem to care about that. They said I was not an established patient after 2 visits and if I had to come back again, I would have to come by 7 a.m. with proof of my income and $20. **shrugs shoudlers** kind of sad when you're poor and you get such sloppy service. :(

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
