They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. My questions are addressed and answered. Kind and caring staff. I know I can always count on them to see me in an emergency. They call me 2 days prior to my appointment so I don't have to rush last minute. They are extremely reliable. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to Genesys.

The dentists and hygenists are great. However, I don't particularly care for the staff. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism.

Do not go to this dentist office, they do horrible work. The girls in billing are clueless and don't listen to your concerns. I had a crown put on and not even a month after having it done, it started hurting. I had to get a emergency root canal within a few months and 2 dentists that I went to recently for consultations say the crown is horrible, doesn't fit at all and the dentist that did it should not even be employed (funny how 2 different dentists said the same exact thing!) He rushed in and out and had the dental assistant do most of the work. A piece of my crown now has chipped away and food is always stuck in there. The crown needs to be replaced but my insurance won't cover another one for that tooth, so I am out of luck as I don't have $800 for a new one. Think the dentist will refund my money - Nope! So now, my gums will probably get infected and I will end up losing my tooth after wasting all of my money on trying to fix it. Seems this dentist is more concerned about collecting your money than helping the patients. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt that this really needed to be posted.
