My family has been getting our cleanings and dental work there for over 4yrs and I love it there. The staff are very friendly and they work really hard to explain what we need to have done and any copays. They go above and beyond what my last dentist office did.

The staff consistently and aggressively pushes for upgrades on services. For example silver fillings over white fillings while telling you your insurance covers it, only to receive a bill in the mail 30 days later for an increased charge. The second time this occurred was for fluoride treatment again telling the customer that it is covered by insurance this time incurring a $47 charge. If your bill is late $8 charges so no disputing your bill. On a positive note they have a very luxurious office setting.
