I and several family members have left this office due to poor dental work for more complicated dental work. He is overbooked it seems and I feel as though he rushes, definitely not a trait I want in a dentist.

I was not satisfied with the dental work I received in the office and have other family members who also had bad experiences with restorative work, cleanings are fine. The doctor is rushing to see many patients and has left me and family members in the past in the middle of a procedure to work on other patients. Four hours for a root canal was excessive and painful. Two hours for an extraction, the same. Two hours in the seat for two fillings? Never again. We have taken our business elsewhere.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. Dr. Knight has a professional and friendly staff.
