This Dr. has changed his practice. He has changed to a pay to belong practice at $1650.00 pr. patient. Been a patient for over 20yrs. and this is how he rewards them. dropping 1100 people to treat 400. He needs to retire. It's despicable and I believe he is at the end of his career. Those 400 need to realize he is just trying to fund his retirement at half a million pr yr.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. While one sometimes has to wait to be seen, it is because the doctor does not limit himself to just 15 minutes with each patient if questions arise that take the visit beyond that 15 minute timeframe.
