I will definitely recommend him to my friends and loved ones. I think Dr. Lafond is very skilled and knowledgable.. He may be kinda quiet... But that is just his personality... Have been going to him for 30 years...He was awesome with both my daughters as children.. and now as adults...I trust him totally with my health. A small city physician office.. that provides quality care. Office staff is so sweet too!

Dr. Lafond is a horrible doctor, not only is rude but he's not professional at all. I could have gotten better answers to my concerns with a Google search, he talks with his head down barely audible, he won't make eye contact with you and all he does is type on his tablet. He is a coward, instead of just telling you he can't help and recommend another doctor he offends you with complete rudeness so that you won't come back. My new doctor was appalled at his demeanor and told me he's heard about Lafond from other patients. Terrible person & unprofessional to say the least.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes! It was effortless!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
