I thought Dr. Harris took the time and listened thoroughly to my symptoms. I did not feel rushed nor pressured to get in and out as soon as possible. He also referred me to another Doctor to take care of one specific problem that required a specialist. He and his staff were also friendly and courteous.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Our goal is to always meet or exceed patient expectations, and your feedback lets us know how we're doing. Unfortunately, the debate about the chairs in our waiting room being average or above average seems to be ongoing amongst our patients. We hope it's one we can resolve soon.

This is the response to the review frok ANONYMOUS on 8/28/2011

We're sorry if you feel that we would not stay late to meet your needs. It is our policy to stay late for patients who need us to do so. We also have weekend hours. Furthermore, we have same day appointments reserved and I am available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by telephone. Our patients take advantage of these conveniences everyday.

I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. The doctor was absolutely HORRIBLE! He just stared at his laptop and didn't listen to a ward I said- he didn't even make any type of eye contact. He was very rude and extremely arrogant. The doctor was acting as though he hated his job and wanted nothing to do with me. I felt like I was bothering him- I asked one question and he snapped at me. The office is totally disgusting- looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The front desk people were very unprofessional and had terrible attitudes. If you're looking for a professional doctor Dr. Harris is definitely not someone I would recommend. Guarantee you will be dissatisfied if you come to this office.

This was the first time and last time going to this office. The front desk clerk was not rude to me, but very rude to others, and I overheard a full conversation with another patient she was having with over the phone. The persons name, condition, and medications were clearly overheard, total volation of patient privacy! The office was dirty and doctor was no better. This doctors office is one I would stay far away from. This was the worst doctors visit I have ever had. Please, stay far away!

Not the worst, but certainly not the best
