I am not satisfied with the service that I received from office visit on Saturday May 16, 2015. I had two teeth pulled. I was given three prescriptions. I am allergic to Penicillin. I was given Amoxicillin . I had an allergic reaction to it. I contact the office on Monday. I did not realize that it was an answering service. No one from the office called me back from that office. It was so unprofessional. I had to get someone to take me back to the Dentist Office on Tuesday morning. I did not like the service that I received in this situation. First of all, I overheard them making a comment about my situation. No one even apologize for the mistake. As a patient I was disrespected by the staff. I will not come back to your office. The service there is not professional. Customer service is important to me. If you talk about a patient do not let them hear.you. I told the dentist/staff member at my initial visit that I was allergic to Penicillin. I did not think that the dentist would write a prescription for me that could harm me. For the dentist to make a comment and for a staff member to repeat it so that I could hear was very unprofessional.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
